Our Two Room Cabins have the kitchen, eating area and living
area with a foldout couch and TV in one room, two double
beds in the bedroom and a full bath. Elk Run's bathroom is
wheelchair accessible with grab bars located in the
tub/shower and next to the toilet. These cabins accommodate 2-6 people.

Terms and
Conditions
1.
DEPOSIT: Fifty percent (50%) of the
rental amount is due when the reservation is
made.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY: If the
reservation is canceled more than two months
before arrival, you will receive a refund, less
a $100.00 processing fee. If canceled less than
two months before arrival, deposits are
non-refundable. Guests who do not arrive on
their reserved day of arrival by 7:00pm (unless
other arrangements have been made), will lose
their deposit and reservation. There are no
refunds for unused time due to late arrival or
early departures. The purpose of this policy is
to encourage you to notify us if you are not
coming or you will be arriving late.
3.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is 4:00pm
on the Saturday of your arrival. Check-in is at
the Western Riviera Motel, located at 419
Garfield Street in the center of downtown Grand
Lake (970) 627-3580, where you will receive
directions and keys to Tompkins Lodge. Check-out
is 10:00am on the Saturday of your departure.

TELEPHONE: Local and long distance calls are
free. However, you must use your personal
calling card for international or 900 calls.
5. NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking in
Tompkins Lodge (this includes in doorways or
near an open window)! There is a minimum $250
charge for smoking in Tompkins Lodge.
6. NO
PETS: Please leave your pets at home. Due to
wildlife (e.g., mountain lions and bears - Oh
my!) we can not permit pets anywhere on the
premises, including in cars. There is a minimum
$250 charge for stowaway pets, and you will be
asked to leave with no refund. Check out the
following lodgings if you would like to bring
your pet: Spirit Lake Lodge: (970) 627-3344 and
Sunset Motel: (970) 627-3318.
7.
SAFETY: Tompkins Lodge is located on the
shore of Shadow Mountain Lake and careful
supervision of children is necessary due to the
inherent danger of drowning.
